Right View: A meditation and study retreat with Shaila Catherine
Right view is the first factor on the eight fold path, and reveals the liberating potential of this path. On various occasions the
Buddha discussed views, opinions, and perspectives that either leads to conflict or to liberating insight. He taught his students to know suffering, and to realize the end of suffering. The teachings on right view encapsulate the liberating perspective of Buddhist teachings.
This retreat will include periods of silent meditation interspersed with study, reflection, and discussion of Buddhist discourses.
Previous sutta study experience is not required, however, participants should have attended at least two previous meditation retreats.

This weekend is open for people who have participated in at least two meditation retreat. It will be held in English, partial translation will be available if necessary.
Registration will be opened one month before the beginning of the retreat.
