Insight meditation is an invitation to understand and realize our potential release without abandoning our lives, and accept things as they are without losing ourselves into them. In this retreat we will investigate the power that is hidden inside our direct experience with the help of mindfulness, curiosity and care. When we meet life in this way, acceptance and freedom become our natural and authentic way of being, and love and wosdom deepen naturally.
