Cancers bring a lot of suffering to the life of those who cope with it. Meditation and practice of attention and mindfulness are powerful tools, and they have far-reaching effects on the quality of life, on the potential to live life to the fullest as they are in the present moment, to face the fears that threaten, reduce tension, to allow clear thinking and more balanced decision making, and even improve the health of the practitioners.

Regular practice of meditation, as well as exposure to the ancient wisdom of Buddhist teachings, can allow us to find the quiet island in the midst of the storm, and return to it again and again, regardless of the external circumstances of life.
During the Weekend we will practice meditation, learn to work with feelings and emotions carefully, gently and calmly, learn about the Buddhist attitude to suffering, and examine the ways in which we can deal with the pain and illness and relief much of the suffering that accompanies them.

The daily routine consists of guidance and practice of meditation, Talks that luminous the approach to suffering in Buddhism, group discussions about dealing with the practice ,the disease, life, and the relationship between them.
