A Weekend Retreat of Meditation Practice and Learning for Old Students with Rani Ovadia

27.6 – 28.6 between 10:00 – 17:00 at Sangah House

Old students are invited for a weekend of practice and observation of natural elements (expansion, capturing, movement and warmth). We will learn and practice observation in what is happening while resting within the moment and accepting whatever it delivers for us, while staying in an all-encompassing and balanced space.

The practice is in silence and includes teachings, practice, talks and question time.

Please wear comfortable clothes.

Please arrive at 09:30 in order to find a space and so we could start on time.

Please bring a vegetarian lunch to share.

Registrants must commit to stay for the whole day and complete the two days. Space is limited and there are usually many people on the waiting list so please sign up only if yo are willing and able to arrive for the whole weekend.

Please sign up in advance here

Those who are interested in signing up or one day may do so based on available space and will receive a notice re availability a few days before the course starts, as early as possible. Please mention that you wish to sign up for one day, including the date, in the registration form.

Practicing meditation has wide and deep significances that offers us tools do cope with the uncertainties of life based on the assumptions that, as human beings, we all experience similar difficulties and events which derive from similar sources. Practicing and learning develop understanding and wisdom that aims for true liberation. The courses at Tovana are by no means aa religious ritual and are not related to any religious conversion. Practicing meditation helps us develop meaningful insights here and now.

May we all benefit from this practice.

May all living creatures be free from pain and suffering.

May all living creatures be free, happy and true to themselves.

Registration will be opened few weeks before the event
