Joy

A saturday of practice with Elaiya Il-Mor

29th of November 2014, 10:00-17:00

Sangha House,

21 Ovadia Mebartenura St. apt. 15, Tel-Aviv, 62282, Israel

In Buddhism joy is considered a liberating power, but sometimes, when we're overwhelmed with challenges and difficulties, joy feels beyond us.

What is this joy that's available to us from the mere intimate touch with life in us and around us?

How do we meet those difficulties when it seems that they take away our joy?

You're invited to a saturday of practice where we'll explore the simple joy of being present.

The day will be held mostly in silent and will include guided meditations, a Dharma talk, discussion, and time for Q&A.

Elaiya Il-More

Drama-therapist, story-teller, and a student on the path of Dharma for almost 20 years. Teaches meditation in Tovana and other places in Israel. Explores the meeting of drama and Dharma, creativity and silence, stillness and motion.
