עוסק במדיטציה ולימודים בודהיסטיים ברחבי העולם מזה כ-20 שנה, במהלכן עשה תקופות ארוכות בדממה במנזרים ומרכזי מדיטציה בהודו, נפאל, אנגליה, צרפת ואוסטרליה. מלמד ומנחה ריטריטים של ויפסאנה, סמינרים וסדנאות מטעם עמותת 'תובנה', מכללת 'רידמן', 'ערנות' ועוד, ומוביל מסעות מדיטציה להודו. מתגורר עם אשתו ומשפחתו, ביישוב כליל שבגליל המערבי. חיה בדרכי הדהרמה, המדיטציה והיוגה משנת 1998. לאורך השנים שהתה תקופות תרגול ממושכות במזרח, באירופה ובארץ וזכתה ללמוד עם מורים נפלאים רבים. מלמדת ב"תובנה", במרכז גוף נפש ובמסגרות נוספות דהרמה ומיינדפולנס. בעלת תואר שני בעבודה סוציאלית, מטפלת ומלווה אישית בדרך הדהרמה והמיינדפולנס, מוסמכת בהנחיית mbsr מטעם אוניברסיטת בנגור, מורת יוגה בהכשרתה ותלמידת פסיכותרפיית האקומי בהווה. מלמדת ולומדת עוד ועוד לחוות את חיינו מתוך הקשבה עמוקה, סקרנית, פתוחה וחומלת. חדוות הגילוי ואהבת אדם. מאמינה כי דרכנו הביתה היא יחודית במינה ויחד עם זאת כולנו פוסעים בה יחד.
