עוסק במדיטציה ולימודים בודהיסטיים ברחבי העולם מזה כ-20 שנה, במהלכן עשה תקופות ארוכות בדממה במנזרים ומרכזי מדיטציה בהודו, נפאל, אנגליה, צרפת ואוסטרליה. מלמד ומנחה ריטריטים של ויפסאנה, סמינרים וסדנאות מטעם עמותת 'תובנה', מכללת 'רידמן', 'ערנות' ועוד, ומוביל מסעות מדיטציה להודו. מתגורר עם אשתו ומשפחתו, ביישוב כליל שבגליל המערבי.
