This seminar includes silent sitting and walking meditation, and an introduction to the study of the
teachings of the Buddha as preserved in the Shorter Discourse on the
Destruction of Craving (M. 37) and the Simile of the Quail (M. 66). We will
enjoy the texts, optional consultations with the teacher, and a Dharma talk. No previ-
ous dhamma study or meditation experience is required
