A saturday of insight meditation with Bat-El Tolnai

You're invited to a day of practicing together the art of presence as taught by the Buddha, a full and direct presence with reality as it is now, in this moment. A clear and non-grasping presence.
Throughout the day we wll practice mindfulness in sitting, standing and walking. We will learn how to be with what we meet - in us and around us - with attention, curiosity and equanimity. How to get to know and befriend whatever comes to mind and body, without letting our unhealthy mental habits dominate our experience.
This day is suitable for those with and without experience.
The teachers instructions and talks will be recorded and e-mailed to the participants.
About the teacher
Bat-El Tolnai practices and studies Dharma, meditation and yoga for 14 years, including long periods of practice in the east, in Europe and in Israel, with many different teachers. A teacher in Tovana, MBSR teacher, certified yoga teacher and social worker.
Where? Studio Nirvana, Moshav Ein-Iron near Pardes-Chana. See map.
When? Arrival at 9:30 so we could get organized and start on time.
What to bring?
- A vegetarian dish for us to share in our lunch together.
-Comfortable clothes for sitting, thin shawl to cover yourself with.
-A comfortable cushion to sit on. The studio has matresses.
Costs? The course is offered in the spirit of Dana - giving out of generosity, giving what you want and can give. Your donation will support the teacher and the event's costs. Further explanation will be given during the event.
